Return Policy
Online purchases of new items from the Tinytown Trading Company website may be returned within 30 days of the date of purchase. New items must be returned in new, unused condition, and in the original packaging. Online purchases of used items may be returned within 14 days of the date of purchase, provided you notify us of your intent to return within 3 calendar days of purchase, by telephone or email. Used items must be returned in the same condition as received, and packaged to avoid damage in shipping. Proof of purchase, in the form of a receipt or packing slip, must accompany all returns.

A refund of the price of the item and sales tax, if applicable, will be credited to the credit or debit card or financial account used to purchase the item, promptly upon receipt of the return. Shipping charges are not refundable unless the item is being returned because it was damaged in shipping or is defective. Prior to returning an item because it is damaged or defective, you must contact us by telephone or email. Tinytown Trading Company will provide a prepaid return shipping label and pickup instructions.
